主要研究方向
1、低价铬催化中间体的合成、分离与结构表征及其催化应用研究;
2、低价铬配合物参与的基元反应及其催化机制研究。
主要工作业绩
合成与表征高活性金属有机反应中间体,利用配体与金属间的构效关系来调控催化反应的选择性,是金属催化合成化学亟待解决的核心问题,也是金属有机化学领域面临的关键挑战。魏睿博士致力于高活性金属有机化合物的合成、结构表征与反应性质研究。发展了大位阻p电子供体的稳定化策略,成功分离并表征了卡拜负离子金属配合物和金属取代卡宾配合物;利用配体增强过渡金属d轨道的p电子反馈性能,制备并表征了金催化卡宾转移反应的关键中间体,确认了相应的催化反应机制。目前已在Nat. Synth.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、Angew. Chem. Int. Et.等学术期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。
