代表性成果 (获奖成果、专著、论文、专利)

聚焦天然产物合成领域 “简洁性与高效性” 核心科学问题,以 “发展有机合成串联反应新策略、突破天然产物简洁性合成瓶颈”为研究主线,取得系列创新性成果:1) 创新光催化烯醇硅醚的自由基串联反应,实现 C-20 氧化对映-贝壳杉烷二萜 sculponin U 全合成,解决该类二萜桥环骨架高效构筑的挑战;2)开发铁催化还原性 aldol 串联反应,8 步完成丁香烷倍半萜 rumphellclovane E 不对称全合成,这是少数铁催化缺电子烯烃的还原 aldol 反应成功应用于复杂产物全合成的实例。3) 设计钯催化半片呐醇重排串联 Csp²-H 芳基化反应,构建氢醌倍半萜 dysiherbols A-C 四环核心骨架,解决了氢醌类天然产物中连续季碳手性中心构建的挑战。4) 发展了甲酰基迁移/逆羟醛缩合/羟醛缩合/环氧化串联反应策略,首次成功构建了环氧瑞香烷二萜的正确环氧构型。5) 发展了光催化 de Mayo 碎裂化反应构筑巨大戟烷二萜三环核心骨架,有效解决复杂张力环系的构建难题。累计发表论文 56篇,它引超过 1600 ,其中以第一(共同)或者共同通讯作者发表论文38篇,包括 J. Am. Chem. Soc. 发表 2 篇, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 发表 2 Org. Lett. 9Chem. Comm. 1OCF 4JOC 2两篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文引用超过300
