主要工作业绩

分子识别是一切生命活动的基础,设计构建具有仿生识别功能的超分子主体和仿生纳米材料在环境科学、功能材料、生物医药及生命健康等重要领域产生重要且广泛的潜在应用价值。李晓伟博士从事超分子化学,有机功能材料与纳米生物技术等交叉学科领域的研究。博士阶段,(1)基于分子内氢键介质的环[6]芳酰胺发展了一类新型的热致盘状液晶基元,实现了最宽液晶温度区间(发表时)的多类液晶相结构,提出了主-客体作用诱导的液晶相转变策略;(2)建立了一类2:1型环[6]芳酰胺-联吡啶阳离子互穿组装基元,实现了二维平面大环组件的机械互锁[3]轮烷高效合成。博士后阶段,基于胶束分子印迹技术,(1)提出了“手性门控”策略,通过构建了仿酶手性微环境辅助控制催化剂立体选择性;(2)合成了一系列人工糖苷酶模拟物用于单糖、寡糖以及聚糖生物质的精准催化转化;(3)发展了特异性人工抗体纳米粒子用于激酶活性调控和蛋白酶解多肽选择性保护普适性方法等。截至目前已发表学术论文10余篇,以第一作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Chem. Sci. ACS Catal. J. Catal. 以及Chem. Commun.等学术期刊发表了系列研究论文,其中包括多篇封面文章、扉页文章,相关研究工作也被X-molChem Views Wiley Chem等学术媒体亮点报道。
