主要研究方向

金属铬全球储量超过120亿吨,是地壳中含量最丰富的五种过渡金属之一。相较于第一过渡系其它金属如铁、钴、镍、锰及铜的二氯化物,二氯化铬的毒性更低(Organometallics   2017, 36, 4071)。尽管铬催化已实现工业应用,相较于其它金属催化,铬金属的催化性质大多未被开发出来。研究方向是探索铬低价金属独特的催化活性与发展铬催化合成策略,揭示铬催化的特点和规律,解决惰性化学键活化及不饱和化合物氢功能化中存在的挑战。

主要工作业绩

      基于铬金属有机化学多局限于当量反应和高价金属催化研究的现状,聚焦于构建铬低价金属有机催化体系,发展出铬低价金属催化惰性化学键偶联与不饱和化合物加氢反应体系,揭示了铬低价金属高自旋态螯合切断惰性碳-氧、碳-氮键的特征,开发了惰性碳-杂原子键还原偶联模式及部分不饱和化合物加氢策略。  

     作为主要贡献人分别在Chem.   Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat.   Commun., ACS Catal., Chem. Common., Org. Lett., Organometallics等刊物上发表论文五十余篇,其中单篇最高他引300余次,7篇论文他引超过一百次,被同行正面评价和推介近二十次。
