主要工作业绩

不对称催化合成是化学学科、乃至药物和材料领域的前沿和研究热点,手性化合物尤其是具有潜在生理活性的手性分子的精准构筑是当前合成化学们关注的重点。王天利博士先后在金属不对称催化(主要是过渡金属催化芳香杂环不对称氢化)和有机小分子不对称催化(主要是有机膦(Ⅲ)催化不对称合成)这两个大的不对称催化领域开展了系统深入的研究,取得了系列开拓性的重要创新成果。

回国入职四川大学开始独立工作以来,主要围绕“五价鏻/膦催化的不对称合成化学”开展研究,基于廉价易得的天然氨基酸手性骨架,发展了结构新颖和多样的手性双功能季鏻盐催化剂,率先建立了手性催化剂库,重点开展基于季鏻催化的不对称合成化学前沿研究。设计发展的多功能手性季鏻盐催化剂在多种不对称催化反应中表现出了优秀的催化效果,成功实现了许多传统催化剂(如季铵盐、三级胺及手性磷酸等)不能实现的有机转化反应,解决了不对称催化和手性合成领域的研究难题。课题组重点发展潜在生理活性分子的精准高效构筑新方法,已经实现了多种手性杂环(比如三、四、五、六元环状分子,七元杂环分子等)、手性螺环、手性桥环、以及多类手性共存的复杂有机分子的精准不对称合成。最近,基于C-X键的不对称构建策略,精准合成了一系列杂原子取代的手性季碳分子,为手性季碳类化合物尤其是相关的手性药物及先导化合物的开发提供了新的创制途径。

目前已在Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew.   Chem. Int. Ed. 以及 ACS   Catal. 等国际顶级及权威刊物上发表SCI论文30篇。部分研究成果(如J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2011)已被多篇综述和多本专著收录,并被选作相关领域的重要进展被重点评述Chem. Soc. Rev. 2014, 43, 1660; Chem.   Rev. 2012, 112, 2557; “Organic Reaction Mechanisms” (Wiley,   2011)“Progress   in Heterocyclic Chemistry” (Elsevier, 2012)“Comprehensive Organic Synthesis II” (Elsevier, 2014);部分论文(如Angew.
