1.  过渡金属催化的新型碳-碳,碳-杂偶联反应研究,包括HeckSuzukiSonagashira等传统交叉偶联反应等;

2.  发展新的杂环化合物的构建及衍生方法;

3.  缺电芳杂环的官能化反应研究;

4.  导向C-H键官能化反应;

5.  不对称氢甲酰化反应研究
