    冯小明博士: 教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家人事部等七部委的“新世纪百千万人才工程”入选者,教育部《跨世纪优秀人才培养计划》入选者,四川大学学术委员会委员,四川大学学位委员会委员,中国化学会有机化学学科委员,四川大学教授、博士生导师,现任教育部绿色化学与技术重点实验室副主任。

    1981-1988 兰州大学化学系有机化学专业学习,分获理学学士学位和理学硕士学位。

    1993-1996 中国科学院化学研究所学习,获理学博士学位。

    1988-1993 西南师范大学化学系从事有机化学教学和科研工作,历任助教和副教授。

    1996-1997 中国科学院成都有机化学研究所从事不对称催化反应研究,历任副研究员和研究员,不对称合成联合开放实验室副主任,于1999被评聘为博士生导师。

    1998-1999 美国Colorado State University化学系做博士后研究。

    2000- 四川大学化学学院教授,博士生导师,四川大学学术委员会委员,四川大学学位委员会委员,中国化学会有机化学学科委员,绿色化学与技术教育部重点实验室副主任。

 

Prof. Dr. Xiaoming Feng

   Xiaoming Feng was born in Sichuan, China in 1964. Between 1981 and 1988, he studied chemistry at Lanzhou University. He received his BS in 1985 and MS in 1988 from the same university. Then he became an associate professor at Southwest Normal University in 1991 until 1993. In 1996, he received his PhD from Chinese Academy of Sciences under supervision of Professors Zhitang Huang and Yaozhong Jiang. He went to the Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (1996–2000), and was appointed as a professor in 1997. After his postdoctoral research at Colorado State University (1998-1999) with Professor Yian Shi. He went back to Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a professor (1999-2000). In 2000, he moved to Sichuan University as a professor on the development of catalysts for asymmetric catalytic reactions and method of total synthesis for natural product.

  主要工作业绩  

 

    根据分子设计、分子识别等概念设计、合成了多系列新的手性催化剂,并用于醛、酮、亚胺的腈化反应,杂-Diels-Alder反应,Henry反应,Michael反应,动力学拆分以及硫醚氧化成亚砜等反应研究,均获得了高的分离产率和高的对映选择性,深入研究了这些反应的催化机理,发现非共价等弱相互作用对反应活性和对映选择性有巨大影响。首次将氮氧偶极作为Lewis碱引入到醛、酮和亚胺的腈化反应中,取得了高的催化活性和高的对映选择性;同时发展出的氮氧双功能有机催化剂和金属络合物催化剂在腈化反应、Henry反应,Michael反应,羰基-ene反应和烯丙基化反应等研究中,都获得了好的结果;在手性双功能催化剂的基础上,创新性地发展了新的双活化催化剂体系,为筛选高效、价廉、易得的催化剂发展了实用的方法;尤其是发现了催化量的苯甘氨酸钠能催化酮的硅腈化反应,获得了大于90%的收率和高达97% ee的对映选择性;我们发展了手性Lewis酸催化的Hetero-Diels-Alder反应,设计合成的催化剂对大多数的底物都能获得大于90% ee以上的对映选择性,为制备光学活性二氢吡喃酮和δ-内酯发展了不对称合成方法,用此方法一步合成了天然产物(R)-(+)-Hepialone,其收率达88%, 对映选择性达94% ee。将基础研究成果应用到绿色农药手性甲霜灵的合成中取得了成功,申请了中国发明专利。现已分别在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Chem. Eur. J., J. Org. Chem., Org. Lett., Adv. Synth. Catal., Tetrahedron, Synlett等刊物上发表论文100多篇,其中J. Org. Chem., 2002, 67, 2275-82这篇论文,被美国化学会的 Chemical Reseach News中Heart Cut收录,并对此作了专门的正面评论, J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2005, 127, 12224-5这篇论文入选了J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2005年7至9月的Most Accessed Articles(共20篇论文),Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2007, 46,8468-70被评为该刊物的VIP论文,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2008, 47, 1308-11被英国皇家化学会的Chemistry World进行了详细介绍和正面评价,J. Org. Chem. 2007, 72, 7715-19被评为该刊物的2007年7至9月的Most Accessed Article; J. Org. Chem. 2007, 72, 204被评为该刊物2007年的Most Accessed Article。多篇论文被评述性论文正面评述,多次被邀请在国际、国内会议上做邀请报告。作为主研人员获得2002年四川省科技进步壹等奖(排名第七),2001年入选教育部《跨世纪优秀人才培养计划》,2002年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,2004年获国务院政府特殊津贴, 2002年获四川省有突出贡献优秀专家称号, 2004年入选四川省学术与技术带头人,2005年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授,2007年入选人事部“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,2009年获全国优秀教师和四川省模范教师称号。
