主要工作业绩

杨宇东博士一直从事过渡金属催化的惰性化学键活化,特别是C–H键直接高效、高选择性转化方面的研究,发展了多种基于过渡金属催化CH键活化构筑有机π共轭骨架的新方法和新策略,并开发它们在有机光电转化材料、分子探针以及细胞、组织成像等领域的应用。基于螯合导向的策略,实现了多种(杂)芳烃之间的C–H/C–H氧化交叉偶联反应及(杂)芳烃与炔烃之间的氧化环化反应,为联(杂)芳烃及多环稠合骨架的构筑提供了简洁、高效的新方法,多篇工作入选高被引论文和热点论文。撰写了近年来(杂)芳环之间的C–H/C–H氧化交叉偶联反应的评述性文章 (Chem. Rev., 2017, 117, 8787)撰写了基于弱导向策略的芳环CH键与炔之间的环化反应的Feature Article (Chem.   Commun., 2016, 52, 2872),该文章入选most cited features from 2016, 2017;撰写了Wiley出版社的《Transition   Metal-Catalyzed Heterocycle Synthesis via CH   Activation》一书中第三章,介绍基于钯催化C–H键活化的策略合成含氧杂环方面的研究成果。目前,已在Chem. Rev., J. Am.   Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Catal., Chem.   Sci., Chem. Commun.Org. Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇;参与编写专著2部。
