主要工作业绩

杨宇东博士一直从事过渡金属催化的C–H键直接高效、高选择性转化方面的研究,发展了多种基于过渡金属催化C‒H键活化构筑有机π共轭骨架的新方法和新策略,并开发它们在有机光电转化材料、分子探针以及细胞、组织成像等领域的应用。基于螯合导向的策略,实现了多种(杂)芳烃之间的C–H/C–H氧化交叉偶联反应及(杂)芳烃与炔烃之间的氧化环化反应,为联(杂)芳烃及多环稠合骨架的构筑提供了简洁、高效的新方法(ACS   Catal.   2019, 9, 6372Chem. Commun., 2019,   55, 7097Chem.   Commun.,   2019, 55, 5475Org. Lett., 2019,   21, 1152Org.   Lett.,   2018, 20, 3001;发展了一系列基于选择性C–H直接转化的三氟甲基化及三氟甲硫基化方法,为含氟芳烃、杂芳烃、酰胺及β-酮酯类化合物的合成提供了新的高效途径(J.   Am. Chem. Soc. 2013, 135, 8782Chem. Commun. 2013,   49, 5510)。多篇工作入选高被引论文和热点论文。首次分离得到了(杂)芳烃氧化交叉偶联反应中的双(杂)芳基金属中间体,为氧化交叉偶联反应的机理研究提供了重要依据(ACS   Catal.   2019, 9, 6372,该工作被评为当月的the most read article;撰写了近年来(杂)芳环之间的C–H/C–H氧化交叉偶联反应的评述性文章(Chem. Rev., 2017,   117, 8787);撰写了基于弱导向策略的芳环C−H键与炔之间的环化反应的Feature   Article   (Chem. Commun., 2016, 52, 2872),该文章入选most cited   features from 2016, 2017;撰写了Wiley出版社的《Transition   Metal-Catalyzed Heterocycle Synthesis via C‒H Activation》一书中第三章,介绍基于钯催化C–H键活化的策略合成含氧杂环方面的研究成果;开发了一种基于高碘化合物的三氟甲硫基化试剂,该试剂目前已经商业化,可在TCI等公司购买TCI产品编号:P2143)。目前,已在Chem.   Rev.,   J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Chem. Commun.Org. Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇;参与编写专著1部。
