主要研究方向

(1) 低价铬催化的有机合成化学

     位于第六族的元素铬在地壳中含量丰富,金属铬盐具有易得及廉价的特点。相较于第一过渡系其它金属如铁、钴、镍、锰及铜的二氯化物,二氯化铬的毒性更低(Organometallics 2017, 36, 4071)。因此以廉价易得的铬盐为催化剂前体,探索金属铬独特的催化活性与发展铬催化合成策略具有重要的研究意义。然而,金属铬在惰性化学键的活化与交叉偶联、选择性催化加氢等方面的反应性能却甚少被研究与探索。

   课题组围绕低价铬催化展开研究,着重发展低价铬催化的合成化学。提出低价铬催化的概念,以廉价易得的铬盐为催化剂前体,采用原位还原的策略,探索金属铬独特的催化性能与反应活性,应用于合成功能化合物及药物中间体。

 

  

   (2) 去芳香性催化加氢研究

    侧重于发展单胺基卡宾-铑催化剂,将二维的取代芳烃和杂芳烃、通过去芳香性催化加氢,选择性地合成三维的顺式环烷烃或饱和杂环化合物;进一步探索低价态金属铬在稠环芳烃去芳香化加氢、不饱和化合物选择性还原及氢化方面的催化性能。

 

 

 

 

 

 

主要工作业绩

       (1) 低价铬催化的有机合成化学研究方面:

研究发现低价态金属铬在催化活化与断裂惰性和碳方面具有独特的催化性能,发展了金属铬催化基于这些惰性化学键转化的交叉偶联策略。并揭示出金属铬能够催化惰性化学键间的还原交叉偶联,开发了构筑联芳烃类衍生物的新反应。

 

 

       (2) 在去芳香性催化加氢研究

   (a) 开发了一类单胺基卡宾-铑催化剂,解决了均相催化芳香酮和苯酚的芳环化学选择性加氢难题,为化学工业上制备作为生产尼龙-66和液晶原材料的环已酮类化合物提供了高效、洁净的合成策略(b) 将二维的硼取代、二氟甲基和三氟甲基取代芳烃和杂芳烃、通过去芳香性催化加氢,选择性地合成三维的顺式环烷烃或饱和杂环化合物。(c) 发现低价态金属铬在稠环芳烃去芳香化加氢、不饱和化合物选择性还原及氢化方面的具有优异的催化性能。

 

     作为主要贡献人现已分别在Chem. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Commun., ACS Catal., Chem. Common., Org. Lett., Organometallics, Synlett 等刊物上发表论文篇,其中篇论文他引超过一百次,被同行正面评价和推介近二十次。
