主要研究方向

(1)卡宾化学

开发新型的环状单胺基卡宾,研究卡宾在过渡金属催化中的配体行为和反应活性。

(2)第一过渡系金属铬和铁催化的合成化学研究
发展铬催化的区域选择性交叉偶联反应和氢化反应,探索金属铬的独特催化性能与化学活性,应用于合成功能化合物和药物中间体。
主要工作业绩

(1) 在单胺基卡宾配体的开发与应用方面:

开发了一类具有强亲电和亲核特性的单胺基卡宾–环状(芳基)(胺基)卡宾;以富电性的单胺基卡宾为配体,解决了均相催化芳香酮和苯酚的芳环化学选择性加氢难题,为化学工业上制备作为生产尼龙-66和液晶原材料的环已酮类化合物提供了高效、洁净的合成策略。
(2) 在铬和铁催化的合成化学研究方面:
发展了金属铬催化惰性碳–氧和碳–氮键的选择性功能化,稠环芳烃的区域选择性加氢还原反应,提示出低价铬在活化惰性碳-杂原子键方面具有独特的催化活性,有效地制备了芳香酮等活性中间体和稠环芳烃部分加氢产物;并实现了铁催化远程导向喹啉的烯丙基化反应,区域选择性地合成了具有生物活性的烯丙基喹啉杂环衍生物。
作为主要贡献人现已分别在Chem. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Common., Org. Lett., Organometallics, Synlett 等刊物上发表论文三十多篇,其中三篇论文他引超过一百次,三篇通讯作者论文成为ESI高引论文,被同行正面评价和推介近二十次。
