在四川大学获学士、硕士和博士学位。获国家教学名师奖,享受国务院特殊津贴,四川省学术和技术带头人。现任中国化学会理事,应用化学学科委员会委员,绿色化学学科委员会委员;四川省化学化工学会副理事长,绿色化学与技术教育部重点实验室主任,绿色合成与转化教育部重点实验室学术委员会委员,安徽省生物质洁净能源重点实验室学术委员会委员,四川大学教授、博士生导师、科学发展研究院院长。《化学研究与应用》主编,《天然气化工》、《应用化学》、《石油化工》、《应用化工》、《贵金属》等编委。
主要从事物理化学/绿色化学教学科研工作。绿色化学国家教学团队负责人,主持编写国家“十一?五”规划教材3部,主持建设国家精品课程和国家双语示范课程1门。围绕资源有效利用和从源头上消除污染开展研究工作,目前承担国家973项目课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目课题等研究项目。已发表和交流180余篇学术论文,其中,140余篇被SCI收录,80余篇被EI收录,部分论文发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Eur. J., Green Chem., J. Org. Chem., AIChE J., Adv. Syn. Catal., J. Catal., J. Phys. Chem.等刊物上。已获国家发明专利12项,获得省部级以上教学科研奖励及荣誉18次。

主要工作业绩

主要从事生物质转化、绿色合成化学尤其是绿色催化反应与相应理论化学模拟方面的研究工作,包括生物质催化气化和液化,生物质结构及生物质转化过程的计算机模拟, CO 、 CO 2 、 CH 4 和低碳烃的催化活化和利用,吸附态化学、精细化学品合成中的催化化学;催化体系的分子模拟与设计。在学术取得一定成绩。已主持完成国家自然科学基金 2 项,四川省应用基础研究基金 2 项,参加各种项目多项。目前承担有国家 973 项目、自然科学基金重点项目等研究项目 5 项。现已发表和交流 80 余篇学术论文,其中部分发表在 Journal of Catalysis(SCI 影响因子 3.5), Journal of Physical Chemistry A(SCI 影响因子 2.8), Applied Catalysis A(SCI 影响因子 2.8), Chemical Physical Letters(SCI 影响因子 2.5),Journal of Molecular Catalysis A, Journal of Molecular Structure(Theochem), International Journal of Quantum Chemistry 等期刊上。
