主要研究方向

化学与生物传感器,生物纳米材料

具体研究兴趣包括:新型DNA纳米材料的制备方法研究;DNA,蛋白质以及microRNA等生物物质的信号放大快速检测分析。

主要工作业绩

已取得的成果包括:1)构建了一系列制备一维,二维和三维DNA纳米材料的新方法和新策略;2)基于DNA纳米材料发展了一系列DNA可视化信号放大生物传感器;3)首次将DNA自我复制引入到信号放大技术中,实现了对DNA,蛋白质以及microRNA等生物物质的信号放大快速检测分析。
